Biography

Jonathon Zapasnik is a Visiting Fellow in the School of Literature, Languages and Linguistics at the Australian National University (ANU). His research examines how HIV is imagined and constructed in life writing genres, focusing on published memoirs and diaries from Australia, New Zealand and the United States of America. Jonathon has taught a variety of undergraduate courses in English Literature and Gender Studies and has been recognised as a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK).
