Biography

Former teaching positions as Lecturer / Senior Lecturer at the ANU College of Law and as Associate Professor of Law at the University of Canberra. Visiting positions at Chuo University (Japan), European University Institute (Italy), Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology and Society (Netherlands), International Cybercrime Research Center (Canada) and University of New Hampshire (United States). Former research positions in law and criminology at the Australian Institute of Criminology, IP Australia and the Law Council of Australia; in symbolic logic at University of Konstanz (Germany), Centre for Information Science Research (ANU), Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cientificas (Spain); Visiting Fellowships at National University of Singapore, Chuo University (Japan), Max Planck Institute for Foreign and Comparative Criminal Law (Germany); Universidad de Sao Paulo (Brazil), Sofia University (Bulgaria), Jagiellonian University (Poland).
