Research interests

Kieran is a legal advisor in the Legal Policy & Research Unit at the International Bar Association in London and a Visiting Fellow at the ANU College of Law's Centre for International and Public Law.

He is frequently published in the media on topical employment and public law matters, including in The Guardian, The Canberra Times, The Sydney Morning Herald, Ethos: Journal of the ACT Law Society and the NSW Law Society Journal.
