Research interests

Computer Vision 3D reconstruction for plants and insects, image processing, hyperspectral imaging, microscopic imaging, light-field imaging, digital holography, and robotics.


Chuong is a senior research scientist at CSIRO Data61 and honorary lecturer at ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science.

Chuong was a research fellow of ARC Centre of Excellence for Robotic Vision, within the Research School of Engineering of the Australian National University (ANU). Previously he worked for ANU Research School of Biology, CSIRO Computational Informatics and CRC Centre of Synchrotron Science of Monash University.
