Biography

Suryadeepto Nag is a student at The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Pune. He is currently a visiting fellow at the Crawford School of Public Policy at The Australian National University and is working on his master's dissertation on rural electrification and its benefits with Dr. David I. Stern and Dr. Bejoy K. Thomas. Suryadeepto is primarily interested in the intersection between human societies and the environment, and in particular, the role of energy. He is also interested in other problems related to development and climate change.
