Research interests
(1) the optical, electrical and mechanical multifunctional properties characterisation from millimetre to nanometre length scale.
(2) complex structural analyses at different size (average to local) and time (time-averaged to time-resolved) scales through electron/neutron/synchrotron X-ray diffraction and inelastic neutron scattering as well as solid-state spectroscopies.
(3) material synthesis and fabrication, including solid state reaction, thin-film growth via Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD/PED).
