Biography
Dr Laubenstein is an Honorary Fellow at the Fenner School of Environment & Society. She is also a Reseach and Policy Officer at the Australian Academy of Science, working for the Future Earth Australia team on sustainability policy. She completed her PhD at the ARC Centre of Excellence for Coral Reef Studies at James Cook University in 2019, and her BSc in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Yale University in 2014. She has worked across government, non-profit, and academic sectors and enjoys connecting science to society with policy and communication.
