Vu Lam is currently a visiting fellow at the Coral Bell School of Asia Pacific Affairs, ANU. He holds a PhD in international and political studies from the University of New South Wales and a Master of International Studies (Advanced) from the University of Queensland, Australia. Previously, he worked as an international officer and researcher for a flagship university in Vietnam. His areas of interest include soft power, public diplomacy, and the application of social constructivism in a non-western IR context.
