Biography
I am an Associate Professor at the ANU working on constitutional law and human rights law. I have written and spoken in the media on a variety of public law issues, and has done consultant and pro bono research on related issues in the UK, India, and elsewhere, for a number of NGOs.
Before joining the ANU in mid-2013, I was Junior Research Fellow in Law at Lincoln College, University of Oxford; prior to that I studied at Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar.
Qualifications: BA(Hons I), LLB(Hons I) (Queensland), BCL(Dist), DPhil (Oxon), GDipLegPrac (CoL-Qld)
