Biography
Dr Brian Babington AM, PhD ANU, HonDUniv CQU, MA Syd, BA Hons Syd, GradDipCounselling UCanb, GradDipMgt CQU, and ExecCertLeadership Harvard, has contributed to child, family, and community welfare in government/diplomatic, NGO, business, and academic roles.
